Abstract Microorganism plays an important role in our life as it helps decompose organic matter into simpler substances to create the natural and ecosystem balance cycle. In agriculture sector, microorganisms are vital for soil harmonize become more fertile. However, excessive use of chemical fertilizer has made change its biological, chemical, physical properties led number one pollution from sector world. Thus, effective biofertilizers have gained world attention practice sustainable agriculture. To study effects different formulations on microbial populations chili crops, experiment was carried out using Complete Randomized Design based three treatments EM control with replications.
